Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Delta and Connect. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling costs are calculated based upon weight, shipping address and class of delivery. If you have any queries or complaints about the cost of shipping, please contact us at music@cerddystwyth.co.uk and we will endeavour to find a solution that reaches our mutual satisfaction. Delivery Schedule

If an item ordered is in stock, we will normally deliver it right away. If we need to place an order with our suppliers, this may take seven days or more and we will contact you in this instance (you may cancel the order at this point). We will send you an e-mail when we have shipped your order at which point payment will have been taken for the goods. Delivery time is dependant upon the delivery method selected and your location. Within the UK, smaller items will usually take between 1 and 3 working days whilst larger items may take up to 5 working days with 'standard post'. 'Next day' delivery is a courier service and goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days of our sending you an e-mail confirming the item has been shipped. International deliveries are very dependant upon location and may take as much as 14 days from the time we send you an e-mail confirming we have shippped.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cerdd Ystwyth Music do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened, (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will exchange it for another item, or issue a credit note. In some situations we may be able to organise a full refund - this is at the shop managers discretion. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or if we have sent you the wrong item. If you should wish to return an item, please contact us and ask to speak to the manager to make arrangments.

Remittance Terms

We will take payment of the goods you have ordered when we have them in stock and are able to ship them to you. We will inform you by e-mail when we have taken payment of the goods
