Postage and Packing

We have tried to make postage and packing as economical as we can. All rates are calculated according to weight and based on our various couriers' shipping tables with a £1 handling charge. In the past we calculated shipping on receipt of your order but this is not possible with our new shopping cart software. It has been a very difficult process but we think that our new rates are reasonable. If you feel certain that the resulting shipping fees are too high and that we could arrange cheaper shipping or have unusual requirements, please contact us before ordering and we may be able to arrange something better in some circumstances.

UK Standard Delivery

Items will be delivered via 1st class post for lighter items and Royal Mail's 'Standard Parcel' service for heavier items. Delivery can be expected within 3-5 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery

This service uses Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service for lighter items and our courier for heavier items. You can expect (but we do not guarantee) items within 24hrs of our receipt of your order provided we have the item in stock and the order is placed on a working day. You will need to sign for the item upon its receipt.

Worldwide Delivery

International orders are delivered by our courier by air. Most orders will be received within 3-5 days but some more remote areas may take up to 7 working days.
